A logo design for Lush Rimbaugh, a weekly radio show

Hosted by two gals who love music, talking, and describing their feelings in incredibly niche ways, lush rimbaugh is a show as reliable as Rush Limbaugh, but hotter and cooler. Each week we talk about a new theme inspired by local artists and create a playlist exploring every facet of that theme (Dinosaurs? Primary colors? Echoes? We do it all). Expect fun science facts, silly questions, and a lot of soul searching while listening to a variety of obscure music. Having started at WashU as part of KWUR 90.3FM, lush rimbaugh is a collection of all the things we adore the most, including each other.

Inspired by the Irish phrase "aithníonn ciaraóg ciaróg eile" or "a beetle recognizes another beetle", the logo depicts two beetles sitting side by side and listening to music together.
